Make the booking online from our website. We'll confirm your appointment and reply with all the directions you need for your online appointment.

If you do not have a Medicare Mental Health Care Plan (MHCP), please obtain one from your GP. Some GPs offer MHCPs online.

Email your Mental Health Care Plan (MHCP) to us or ask your GP to send it to us.

At the time of your appointment, click the video link in your email and you will be taken directly to your session.

Telehealth Psychology is conducted using video conferencing or it can also be via normal phone call. Telehealth Psychology can be as effective as in-person therapy for a wide range of mental health concerns.

Yes, Medicare rebates are available for all Australians eligible for Medicare. As with face-to-face sessions, clients require a valid Mental Health Care Plan with referral from a GP, Paediatrician or Psychiatrists.
